Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kottayam Taxi provides safe and reliable 24 hour taxi hiring services for short distance and long distance journeys.
You may cancel your booking with us any time before the schedule date and time. Terms and conditions as mentioned below :

• Should the traveller cancel the contract after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• Should a cancellation occur less than one week prior to travel, the full cost of the tour will not be refunded.
• No cancellations are entertained after advance has been paid; ask us for a cutoff date if you need.
